Severe Blond moment here: What's this flash-tripod mount called?

I don't know what's wrong with me today, but my mind has melted and my google-fu is weak.

I need to buy an adapter that lets me mount my strobe to a tripod. That's it. I don't need it to have an optical trigger or an x-sync port. I just need a little piece of 30 cent plastic.

Thank you, Kundalini, but that's meant for a light stand, not a tripod. And it's far too big/bulky/fancy anyway.
