Speedway - a little different

    Can others edit my Photos:
    Photos NOT OK to edit
    I'm trying to photograph motorsport in ways that you wouldn't normally expect to see this sort of photography done. I hope I'm doing a good job.
    Please comment on the following two images.
    They are from Poole Pirates match last week against Belle Vue.
    Do you think motorsport images look effective in B/W? Usually I'm not keen on it, but with these two I think it works.

    I think they are very effictive in B/W. I really like the checkered flag photo.

    That's my favourite image from the whole match, and you can barely see the bikes! lol

    brings back memories of the 70s watching the Racers from the banked seating on turn 1, those were the days, no shale guards on the bikes :lol: you used to get covered in the stuff!

    all the shots in the programmes were B&W. great photos, again another vote for #2

    Nice shots, As far as b&w for motorsports I don't like them more than selective color shots. But thats just my 2 cents.
