Stalking the seagulls, C&C please

These are my first photo taken with a DSLR, the first two were shot in Auto, the others were in Manual.

I struggled a bit with the pigeon because it was running all over the place (and the wire fence didn't help)

C&C per req:

A little difficult to see all the details in images this small however a few thoughts...

All of your images share pretty much the same issues. They've slightly under-exposed, the subject is too small relative to the size of the image, and too centered. None of those are major however. On the bright side you've not made the all too common error of zooming in too close and losing detail What I would suggest try these again, zoom in a little closer, and try and follow the rule of thirds with respect to composition and your final crop.
