This afternoon I was walking through the park right across the street from where I live. I walk through this park all the time but this time I noticed what looked like a bench fairly deep in a thick area of trees. I got closer and sure enough it was a bench, but the ground has wasted away around the foundations, and there was a huge puddle about 5 feet around it each way, I could barely get close enough to take a picture, let alone sit on the bench.

    Thanks for looking!

Hey, what a cool, cool find this one is.
And I like how you framed that lonely bench, including the puddle and the fallen tree into your picture. Very nicely done, nice point of view, I hope you got up from there with your trouser bottoms still dry?!?!?! ;)

    Ha!
This is the kind of woods I take my car into and get stuck - firmly stuck! So only a farmer with his tractor can help me out of there - heehee (today I can laugh about it, but when this self-same thing really happened to me in early October of last year, I did NOT feel like laughing sooo much  ).
