Here is a photo i took with my D800. I hope you all enjoy it this photo is called "The Light Of The World."

I think there was potential there, but to be honest, I'm not entirely sure you captured the best image from that scene. I'm finding the blown area of the sun rather distracting as it pulls my eye right into the centre of the background, but there's nothing really to see there. I think had you adjusted your exposure (HDR?) in such a way as to preserve some detail in the sun & sky while still showing the foreground, this would have been much stronger.

No doubt. Prime candidate lighting conditions for the HDR technique.
It looks like the camera was tilted to the right because none of the building vertical elements are actually vertical.
