Had my beautiful god daughter / niece stay over at ours the other weekend, and once she had gotten used to me constantly pointing a camera in her face I managed to get some lovely natural shots of her, mostly whilst she was watching TV. I had taken some the previous evening with the use of the on camera flash however we had some pleasant sunshine coming in through the window the next morning which gave me much better results.

I am completely biased of course but these are my favorite images I have yet managed to produce with the D810. Number 1 is by far my favorite however I unfortunately didn't manage to nail the focus on her eyes as I did with the other two, Its not too bad I don't think though and doesn't detract from the image as a whole.

#1. Though not perfectly on focus, expression and meaning overwhelm technique. I like it! Good job, especilly letting the child get used to you pointing the camera.
