I love the contrast in the photo as well as the texture you chose. The expression on the child's face is adorable and the reflections in her eyes really pop out. Although, I'm not so sure about the designs in the corner. The lines seem to fine and small. Try something with more thickness and less going on to compensate for the thick border. Just my thoughts, hope that helps!

Very cute! I love pictures of children, they are priceless. I love how the light is in her hair. I would remove the border though. Just my thought.
