Transferring Images to an Ipod Video?

Hi all!

Well i have just found out there is an adaptor you can purchase for the Ipod Video for £19.00 and you can transfer all your images across to the ipod from the camera memory.

So as i want an Ipod this is brill but i am intrested in know has anyone got this attachment??

As i want/need to know can you transfer and still leave pics on memory card or can you tranfer across then copy back by still leaving the pics on the ipod too?

Anyone know??
