Trouble creating gallery

Hey there,

For some reason half of my photos won't upload to the gallery. I've made sure they're within your specifications for max file size and dimensions, but despite this still get either 1. This photo is too big (it's not, I've sized some WAY down) 2. You do not have permission to create this gallery or 3. I get no message and it just shows the loading symbol permanently
