It's looks a bit washed out because it lacks contrast. This is due to the strong back-lighting. Putting a large white board or similar reflector to the side of the camera to bounce light back in would have helped (flash would be too strong and give nasty highlights).
I also think you might have a few too many bottles and vases in shot - it looks rather crowded. You could have then given a little more foreground under the vases to give a more spacial feel (and the foreground slopes a little giving an intrusive windowledge edge bottom right and cutting off the vase bottom left).
Nice idea, though, and worth going back to.
 
It is very noisy for me... I see a lot of noise (digital) and I'd rather see it clean. I'm with Cruzin about he backlight. Go there and reshoot :) it may be really interesting :)
 
This is ok as is depending what you were going for, but with some clarity I think it would be better.
It just has some sort of fogginess to it that makes it not as enjoyable to view than if it was crisp and more colorful.
