hmm as far as I can criticise others, I think that ... its bad quality is tiring eyes. If I were you I would wait a while for a better light. This picture might have looked nice in sunshine or during huge rain. But first of all I would crop a bit of a top. I think that there's too much sky.
That was for me, I'm wondering what will others say.

I agree about it seeming to be out of focus. Maybe it was a bad scan? I also agree with cropping out part of the sky. It looks like it was an overcast day...which can make it pretty tough to get a nice shot. I've had lots of problems with that myself. Maybe try for a day that is a bit clearer? Another tip...if you can get the pic early in the morning, there is usually a lot less wind, and calmer waters. Then you'd have a more mirror-like image in the water. Anyway, those are just my oppinions. Hope it helps!
