The dpchallenge.com contest this week is "Freedom" : Create a photograph representing freedom, but do so without showing a flag, landmark or symbol of any specific country.

This is my submission, it's a recreation of a scene from Braveheart. Give me your worst, I have 24 hours to finish it up. (Post-processing: adjusted levels etc, cloned out some power-lines, (couldn't find a better field) I might try to do a better job on the cloning process before the deadline. )Besides that, what do you think?

New clone job (oh so much better) The wonders of the opacity setting. also added skylight filter.

I know it's kinda cliche`, but police do play a large part in keeping us safe, and also help keep our countries free, so heres my submission.

Jadin - I think that is a good idea for the DPChallenge. Honestly it looks good the way it is to me. The current color gives a nice feel to the shot too. I'd enter it and not worry about it.

Thanks for the comments, let me know if the newer one is better.

Darkeyes: Suggestion - Run your image through the unsharp mask, it looks a little soft.

Actually the newer one looks a bit dull compared to the first one to me.

Me? Nah. Not a good enough photo to bother with.
