I don't understand. It says I can view 1.17x more in the viewfinder. Correct me if I'm wrong...

So, if what I see in my DX camera is 1.5x what 35mm/FX cameras see, if i put this thing in, i'll still take pics that are the same 1.5x DX crop but what i see in the viewfinder is (1.5x * 1.17)?? So I'm gonna zoom the viewfinder even more?

Could you also tell me who uses this accessory? and if it's any use to a person with perfect vision?

The eyepiece don't effect anything. It just makes the viewfinder bugger so you can see more detail and see the image in a bigger view instead of having a tiny little box to look at

so its just making the viewfinder bigger but not cropping it? do you recommend getting this on my DX cameras (d3100, d7000)?

I use the similar DK-17M all the time. It makes manual focus marginally easier. I originally got it for studio work, but once I tried it I decided to use it all the time.
