I think that's pretty normal for 100%.

You can't really compare it to what you see on here, most of the stuff here is probably around 25% of it's actual size.

How does it look when you zoom it out to a viewable size?

BTW, I just saw the thread where the original of this 100% crop came from - looks good when it's not at 100%.
