Wide Angle lens

Just got a Tokina 12-24. Its an interesting lens to use. Lost of fun, and a totally different perspective on a scene and how to capture it. Comments and critique welcome on all levels (composition, technique, etc). Thanks in advance.

i really like the perspective of the first shot, would love to see it again with some fill light on the dog's right side

completely agree the second one mixed with the first one would be a great shot....the second composition isnt as nice as the first one but the lighting is so much better. the black and white one is lacking to me...and for some reason it seems slightly out of focus to me.
just to asdd in lightroom you could try to put an exposure filter on this to only lighten the left side without affecting the right side as much try it out who knows
