Workshop in Europe ?

Dear all,
this summer I wanted to learn and improve my skills.
So I was looking for workshops in Europe, Latin America or Asia.

I hate to go to one of those touristic tours, that is not for me. I have seen a great one but have been rejected because it was a bit too advanced for me. It was perfect in the sense it was cheap and focused on bringing people interested in photogrpahy together to work on projects.

Anyone have an idea ?

I am quite flexible this summer (August mainly) and was willing to spend my vacation days on photogrpahy.
