    All we have at our local Walmarts are D40's with the kit lens.

    Walmart.com has just about every dSLR you can imagine though.

    No, I was just walking past the display a few days ago and OH asked me a camera question and I stopped to show him something (don't remember what it was) and there it was... I've been looking at Nikons so I didn't get too excited but thought it was interesting.

    The Walmart here doesn't have much as far as cameras go. The only SLR I remember seeing in there was a rebel k2 (35mm). Lots of point & shoot cameras, I think they had a few advanced p&s cameras too.

    i started seeing the rebel xs' at walmart recently. but never the xsi...the d40 is always there too.
