I took this picture a while back. Since I got photoshop I have been messing with my old pictures alot to see what I can do to make them look better
Help me with this one, I'll show u the newer version and the older

how can i improve it further? I HAVE EDITORS BLOCK *whacks head on the wall* AAHHH

The colour is certainly stronger in the newer image. It's hard to say how to improve it because it really depends on what you want to do with the photo and what message, if any you are trying to put across to the viewer.

I would say it was leaning towards an emotional and somewhat lost expression. A lot of the time, portraits with this are very fitting in black and white or sepia so maybe give that a try.
