Ohhhh very nice. This is just what I need to fall asleep.

They have something similar in Aussie land on Triple J. It's called the Soundlab and it's on from 11pm - 1am from memory. www.triplej.abc.net.au But on the sound lab it's a little bit more tripped out sometimes and experimental.

Well I hope I'm listening to the right thing (at this point it's a rebroadcast of today's show of Late Junction, if I clicked on the right link that is). So is it some African-sounding music that I'm supposed to be hearing?

OK nevermind the african music... I fast forwarded to where I think you were at the time you posted that, and now I hear "bottleneck blues"... is that what you were talking about?

It was a bit before that - music by nomads from the Sahara. But it was all good.
It was only music from Africa tonight because it was 'Africa' day on R3 and R4 today. Normally Late Junction is very much more eclectic with music from all over. You should hear rock music from Siberia.....
