Morning all,
After visiting London in June for the Foo Fighters concert, I had been gagging to get back up there with the camera. That materialsed a couple weekends ago, visiting some of the City's famous landmarks and museums to get some shots a little out of my comfort zone. Nothing here...
With the dark nights and not much travelling it’s been time to explore the city again, mostly at night which gives chance for some nice long exposure photography. This is a shot of The Central Halls or Halite in downtown Sofia, light streaks kindly provided by the rush hour traffic and trams...
So, I wasn't quite sure if / where this topic would fit into the forum, however, please feel free to delete or move the post if it's not suitable here.
The reason I have posted here in the beginners forum, is to highlight that planning and practice are key to continued development and success...
Hi, I just finished my newest video, it's a hyperlapse. I took 20'000 photos and build it together with LRtimelapse Lightroom and After Effects. I hope you like it.
As a local, I take Niagara Falls for granted. I've been there dozens of times and often forget that I live 30 minutes from it when trying to plan photography outings. Last night I decided to take a ride up there to see what they had for Christmas lights, and was pleasantly surprised. Feedback...
Hi guys, I'm Max, I'd like to buy a new camera, I'm a bit lost between brands and types (DSLR vs mirrorless).
I was first looking for Canon, like the 80D or something like that, but looking around on internet I saw a lot of people talking about how they switch from Canon to Sony mirrorless...

I took a few pictures of downtown Edinburgh the other night just before and after golden hour. Any CC is welcome as I've only started doing photography with a DSLR this year.

I always loved to casually snap photos whenever I go, and recently decided to take that important step of getting a fully manual camera. D3300 was the lucky winner, and I went out into the night to begin experimenting with all the fancy dials and settings. Some photos were heavily under-exposed...
I recently visited Manhattan and made my first attempts at photographing architecture in the city. I decided to push my boundaries a little further by converting some of these to black and white (I usually stick to color photography).
I would love to hear your feedback on these photos whether...
i was out in the center of stockholm a few nights ago and took some photos. and eventually i got confronted by the royal guards for photographing the royal palace. apparently they got suspicious when i was photographing it at 5am. all good though i showed them my pictures they said it was okay...
