The sky is an obvious clone-job as well. Agree with Keith that's it's overdone - and that it has visual appeal but the tilt is hurting it.

When you have the photo open in CS2, left click and hold on the top edge ruler and drag down a guideline and put it along the railroad tracks.

An edit, but not leveled. Gradient on the sky, some burn along the horizon, set white and black points using levels, and sharpened all but the sky.

Nice picture but doesn't do much for me. I like KmH's edit better as more realistic and sharper but it seems you weren't going for a truly realistic shot. It looks almost like you were going for a 'painted' shot. The colors are very vibrant which are pretty!

Holy saturation! Try taking back the saturation and cloning. I prefer the SOOC to the edit, but Keith's edit is very nice. Sometimes less is more.
