Hello gang,
So just got a new Canon EOS R7 for my retirement. But noticing an issue with direct USB connection to my mac book ( Tahoe) that the software V3 does not see camera. I am checking on the cable ( USB C to USB C) that may be causing the issue. Has anyone else had this issue? Couple sites mention using a card reader, which I have but my other 3 rigs are using canon download software without issue.
