I lost a connector to my TPF camera strap. After emailing OpTech inquiring about a replacment part, the rep simply said "the part is on its way." WOW! :thumbup: :thumbup:

Its so rare that someone gets excellent customer service now-a-days... and on those rare occasions, even on the small things, isn't it a pleasure when they happen?

For my clientèle, I try to do it as often as I can.
