It may be obvious but this was shot through a window. I use Aperture and I'm not sure how to get rid of the white reflection in the window. Did some noise reduction (taken at iso 400)

Personally i like this shot a lot, but i'd like to know how you all feel about it.

You don't, it would be much too time intensive to justify removing this. Using a CP filter might help when taking the shot, but in low light it wouldnt do any good.

I dont think the reflection hurts the shot. The reflection is out OOF with the guys working inside, so it works. Try the polarizer brush in aperture on the window. It wont get rid of the reflection but it will remove some of the haze.

Also, what that dark thing at the bottom center?

Did you use the flash? If so, shooting at long shutter speed and proper manual focus without flash on might help. I am a newbei. Please suggest if this will work or not.

No I didn't use flash because it was shot from behind a window which was a distance from the subject. A longer shutter speed would have caused a lot of motion blur from the subjects. I also would have needed a tripod.

Sorry. I didn't realized the people inside are moving. There is no way to use longer shutter speed.

The only thing in focus is the light and I dont get if it is inside or out. The image confuses me. Alot going on. The exposure is fine for the low light so good job. What camera because I am sure you could have gone to iso 800 and made it work

Understandable, I was using a T1i with a 50 1.8.

I would think a high ISO then and you could have gone maybe 5.6 if possible so more was in focus. Or simply focused on one of the people inside as the subject

Yeah i probably should have gone to manual focus. My AF was bugging out a bit because of the reflection and whatnot.
