Back to the C&Cs - I have given them on another site. Personally, I try to find something I like about a shot and lead with that, then go into what I think needs to be fixed. It's like when i was a BI - take a young person than wants to be a Police Officer or a Firefighter. They want to help others, give back to their community, and be a positive role model. You take this person, get to really know them - their thoughts, their history, their habits, their actual soul.


Then when you find out they lied about something, you squash them like a bug!
 
Thanks for the nice things said about Annie. She is a TOTAL cutie, yes. :)

My 4 year old is a photographer to be too <3 I love seeing stuff from her POV.
 
Oldest son is staying with us for a couple of days (he's 23). He is going to cook General Tso's Chicken, tonight.

Same here. I love Cajun, and make decent (I think) gumbo and jambalaya. I blackened redfish . . . once.

I love Cajun too.. but there ain't no Red Drum in CO... but I do a mean Blackened Ahi Tuna! YUM! Good gumbo too... and a killer chowder with heavy cream, and a bunch of different seafoods!

A few years ago we caught a chowder cook-off on one of the cable TV channels. a couple of months later, we were in the mood for chowder (New England clam) and decided to go to one of the three winning places. So, off the four of us travel, from Washington, DC to Providence, RI. The next morning, we go to Sekonk, MA (Just over the RI/MA border) to get chowder. It was definitely worth the trip.
