1DX battery

I have two batteries. One has completely failed whilst in the camera. One battery works completely fine, the other is completely dead, will not charge, will not reset.

I've read about a fault with the 1DX, but that seems to be the camera, not the batteries which are affected.

Any ideas any one please. Next point of call is Canon, but they are no great shakes where I am currently located.

OK , you have one good and one bad battery
I use cheap generic batteries - work almost as good as the official batteries
