Every year in this day 21 Feb. we arrange a book fair....and it was taken there. The boy on his cheek wearing "ow" - "A" in our alphabet set.

We're proud of it...cause in the whold Earth it's us who faught for our mother tounge.

You really really MUST come to TPF more often, Moni, and most ever so many more photos from your country. PLEASE!
And this is a boy?
At first I had thought it'd be a girl, with the eyes made up like this.
Is the "A" in green? And the "O" on the other side, not quite so well to be seen?

On the right side (of the photo) that's "OW" the way we pronounce it...it's our 1st Alphabet of Bangla language. And in the other side was a illustration of Shahid Minaar...the monument dedicated towards the martyrs in 21 Feb 1952.
