The very first play is an image Bitter posted, not a word. The very first player then chose the "55" that was in the picture, and played off that. They could just as easily played off "window" or "wire" or "line" or "grid" or "building" or... well, you get the idea. The point is, Bitter didn't say, "Start play with 55".
