350D and XT - What's the difference?

I saw on Canon's website, they have the 350D and XT listed as separate cameras. I always thought it was the same thing. Is there actually a difference? I can't seem to find one in the specs, except for the body sticker being different.

Same camera, different names: 350D for European market, XT for the US. Same thing for 400D/XTi.
