Yes, Four Thirds is a standard that is shared between all of the cameras. Same with Micro Four Thirds.

Then no, you need an adapter.

Yes, I mean can you use a 4/3 lens on one brand and use it on another brand of 4/3.(Without an adapter) Same with micro 4/3

The reason an adaptor is needed is the flange to focal plane distance varies by camera brand and image sensor size.
