Upcoming U.K. trip - Which 1 of these 3 lenses should I leave behind?

I am going on a cruise around the U.K. soon and I am seeking advice on which two of my three main lenses to bring along.

I have a Nikon Z6iii with the following Z lenses:

• 14-30 S f/4
• 28-75 f/2.8
• 70-180 f/2.8

I will be visiting all the main U.K. cities, along with some coastal areas.

I have space for just two lenses; which two should I bring?

Or, can I get by with bring just one? If so, which?

I appreciate any and all input!

For many years while shooting 35mm film I didn't have anything wider than 28mm, so I would find the ultra wide by far the least useful.

Remember these days you can always stitch together multiple shots to get more FOV inside old buildings etc. I fell back on that option when I was first shooting infra red in London & needed the fastest possible of my lenses (no tripod & no modified camera)

I find long lenses are often useful along the coast here for boats/wildlife etc, but 180mm isn't long enough for much of that.

The 28-75 will be in regular use in all the towns, so IF you have to cut down to one keep the 28-75.
