4 hot pixels on D5200

Is there any way to fix this in-camera? I have 3 hot white pixels, and one blue pixel. At ISO 400 or higher, there's one hot white pixel that shows up in video and is very annoying (it also gets past import into Lightroom and has to be edited out every time now).

edit - Just did a manual sensor clean and it might have fixed it (look at me, trigger-happy to start a new thread). Any clue why the sensor clean on on/off setting wouldn't have worked, while a manual sensor clean would?

Because all the in camera sensor clean does is vibrate the image sensor a bit.

I'm curious as to how a superficial sensor clean fixes a hot pixel (internal, electrical attribute).
