Got too many 40+ year old 35mm transparencies that have been deteriorating for 40+ years. Finally I went through the trouble of setting up my Z7 to be able to copy them and did my first batch a couple weeks ago. It's too much work and I'm kidding myself that I'm really going to do it. Anyway I got the first one done -- best effort so far. They're pretty far gone and this one for example had lost a lot of color in the brightest section of sky. I think the repair looks a bit too fake.

It is a bit blue but great restoration job for something so old imo.

Thanks. I did some more work on the color and I like this better.

According to the histogram for the 2nd pic, the exposure is to the left of center so it could stand to come up a bit. Regardless, nice job restoring and nice image.
