I think this shot should have been taken from further back or cropped in more to just have the hand and the feet. The crop is throwing me off here. I like the meat of the shot though.

Nice. For the sake of CC:

Thumb distracts from baby, perhaps if it wasn't spread out and against the other fingers it would be more subtle =)
