Hi everyone,

I'm a beginner and just saw this video:

My question is this: Does anyone know which settings would be the best to shoot the final tip?
Doesn't shooting in the dark light that without a tripod cause problems? :x

But you're not shooting in the dark in the last - the ring light is providing light for the subject. Also shooting in dim light is a case of - use wide aperture (small f number) to let in the most light - use a higher ISO and use a slower shutter speed (whilst ensuring that its fast enough for avoiding handshake blur and subject motion blur).


Also I'm shocked that they'd try and include the use of an aerosol and fire. Sure they post a warning saying "don't do it" and package it up in a tutorial of tips for people to do. Stupidly dangerous considering most aerosols are not sealed so the flame can easily blowback into the can.

The fire thing is pretty dangerous and I would't try it myself, but those photographs came out well I think.
