I know sometimes it's impossible, but I just want the little hand that's in a fist to be spread out so I can see fingers on both hands. It's a beautiful image!

My only comment is that I think the skin color is just a tad off...like a slight green/yellow tint. Its probably from the blanket color but you could do some brush edits to the skin only.
