I worked with this same model several weeks ago in studio, and we decided that we would collaborate on another shoot last week. This time we did the session at an outdoor location using all natural light and a 5-in-1 disc reflector, utilizing the white reflective side or the reflector for some shots, and utilizing the inner diffusing disc for others.. There is a small field of wildflowers near a local community college near where I live that I had been wanting a chance to use, so I figured this would be a good opportunity. Due to the location's small size and proximity to buildings, lamp posts and street signs, I had to use only angles that would hide these things, though the shallow depth of field of my lens made that much easier. You might notice a change in lighting, most dramatically for the last 3 photos. I'm not going for consistency in a "fun" session like this one, with nothing on the line, and instead choose to experiment a bit with light and just use it as I see it in the moment rather than aiming for every shot to be lit exactly the same.
