I particularly like the second one. The desaturated/nearly-monochromatic colors of the beach add a certain je-ne-sais-quoi. I suppose the cloud cover could be more "interesting" but since you don't control the weather I won't hold it against you. (I live in this general area; maybe I should head over there sometime.)
