Hi yal!
I know I haven't posted or commented in a bit! I have been reading everything tho! I'm furthur in my understanding exposure book and gosh I love it!! I'm understanding things better. The triangle I'm starting to get more. Just shooting a lot of random dumb shots of my son and experimenting with it. If I play with this how does it effect that.... Thanks for all the great tips yal give I know I've seen improvement in my stuff slowly but surely
So with that in mind... I had NOT read the book yet with these photos. I did use the camera in manual for them. These photos I took for my friends. Their little girl goes to the same daycare as my gav. The only time they could do it was in the harsh light of the day at 10-11AM down at the boardwalk town of duluth
Its beautiful down there but def fought the light.

What I dont like is the shadow. I should use the adjustment brush and dodge and burn a bit. I like vignette I know quite a few people dont and Katie (mom of daughter) LOVES it and specifically stated she wanted it in quite a few photos.

SOOOOO with this one. I wish I had read my book and had purchased my on camera flash. It was a nice shady area BUT I had my photo triangle so screwed up they came out pretty poor. I think with my little bit of pp experience that it didn't come out too bad. It's still really noisy.

Once again I wish I had gone for perfect exposure and I also have cropped this a bit and I think I lost some of the sharpness b/c of it. I really didn't crop that much. So with this in mind, I would have rather moved in closer and shot at like 70mm but this was a super of the moment mom and emma were walking away.
Well once again thanks always for the CC it was ALWAYS greatly appreciated!! Now to continue my book once my little guy goes down for a nap
THANK YOU!!
