To improve it you have to ask yourself, What do you not like about it?



For me: I would start by removing the blurred effect to the top of the photo and rotating the photo slightly clockwise. It feels like it's leaning to the left.

...and I would crop the photo on the left so the bridge is central in the photo.

I like the off-kilter framing, but I agree about the blurriness at the top.

In regards to what I think I'm not sure I know its not quite there but cant put my finger on it.. Why I asked.

I have straightened but so tiny think 1 degree. I've removed the blur but for me it now takes away from the bridge. A little indifferent to positioning think I slightly prefer the off centre.

I like the off center non blurred but, it looks like the vignetting is too harsh. That is, if it is vignetting and not just shadows. I'd lighten up on it and feather it in more.
