A colorful and interesting Spider of Central America (El Salvador)

Here's a pic of "Charlotte" in her "Web" with her companion behind her. Maybe not Charlotte, but hey, this was taken in front of our house. Just wondering what species is it? So many spider species. This one is probably not poisonous. But here they say; "Beware of the Horse Spider" that one can inflict a painful bite. My wife smashed one against the wall.
