A couple environmental portraits from this afternoon. Both Canon 5Dmk3 and edited in Lightroom. When I don't have time to shoot and develop film I at least strive for the look in my digital conversions. Jane Bown is one of my strongest influences.
This one picked up an odd effect on camera left from some clothing that was a few inches from the lens and just outside the frame. The right was razor sharp with a sharp demarcation down the middle of her face, so I've de-clarified and reduced contrast significantly on the right to even it out a bit.
