the first photo is nice. I like the lighting although it is flat.

the framing of the photo is also nice especially the first.

maybe you can enhance the contrast a little bit

Second one looks like a dried up person to me. No idea why. Too much time looking at pictures from my mother from her trip to Pompeii probably. Either way... both were enjoyable enough.
