I am new here. I am trying to figure out how the threads and thins work, I do have question though. I have been lucky enough to aquire a 70-200 f4 is and a 70-200 2.8 non is from probably about 6 years ago... WHICH do I keep and which do I sell? F4 seems to have better colour, tonal separation and might be just slightly sharper... the 2.8 has really nice Bokeh.

It really depends on what kind of pictures you take.
I have the 2.8 non-IS and love it and it is a premier lens.

Just some things to think about;
If you shoot in low light - keep the 2.8. One stop can mean a lot.
If you shoot action photos, IS wont help you much anyway.
If you shoot a lot on a tripod, IS wont help you much.
Both are fine lenses

Id rather have the 2.8 than the IS. In bright light IS is just a waste of battery. In low light it helps with static subjects, but how often do you use a 70-200 in low light when shooting portraits. In the studio I use a tripod so 1/100 shutter speeds don't matter, nor does IS/VR.
