A few action shots C&C

Been awhile since I've posted some shots for C&C, here are a few from the past couple weeks. If you see anything that could be improved on or that you'd do differently, let me know. :thumbup:



One thing that I'm trying to improve on is candid shots in the pits and elsewhere, the new 300mm should help with the actual candid part.

(all shot with a D600 and 70-200mm f/2.8 VR2)

They all look good. I'd rather see #3 from the rider's front or right side though.

Thanks. Yeah I also like the front view. The hardest part about that is the very fast reaction time needed (you'll be shooting blind as you can't see them approaching).

Could be real picky about the backgrounds but sometimes you dont have an option. Great shots.

Yeah they don't build the tracks with photog's in mind, this is where shallow DOF comes in nice.
