**I am a newb so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Number 1 is the only one that moves me. Great shot!!!

All the rest just look like everyday snap shots to me**.

Number 4 and 5, 4 more so, seem to have quite a bit of noise in the backround. What ISO where you shooting at?

IMO:
#1: Fantastic shot. Looks like he's frozen and eveyone else is rushing past him.
#2 & 3 are ok. Nothing special to me.
#4 & 5: also just ok.
#6: again - ok.
#7 & 8: 8 is definately better. Looks like its snowing on him and he's got his hand out and looking up to see if it is.

technically #1 is good. but it feels too busy to me. try blurring the background some more, it would help if he stands out more

#2 a closer angle would help the focus be on the subject. it feels like the composition could be better

#3 is good. I like it

#4, 5 are what they are. they're nothing special but the exposure is good

#6 is strange, #3 is better

#7, 8. I need context. I'm not sure why I should care about the scene
