A FEW FLOWER IMAGES C&C

HEY WELL I WAS JUST MESSING AROUND WITH MY FREINDS POINT AND SHOOT CAMERA. I HAVE ALOT OF FLOWERS IN MY BACKYARD SOO DECIDED TO TAKE A COUPLE PICS. THESE PICS ARE NOT PHOTOSHOPED SO HERE I JUST FINISHED TAKING THEM. ANY SORT OF FEEDBACK IS WELCOMED. PS THE FIRST ONE IS MY FAVORITE!

First of all...welcome to TPF. A suggestion that I recommend would try to capture these in either early dawn, or sunset hours. I believe that enhance these even more. Nice job!

The second one is my favourite, though I also agree with ClarkKent, a softer light would probably enhance these images

I like the first two, though the first one would be better if you had been able to capture more of the flower's petal detail. I like the lighting better in the first shot. You got more detail in the rose in the second shot, but the lighting is harsh. For a first attempt and with a point & shoot camera though - nice shots. Keep at it.
