Got out this weekend and got lucky with some birds pics. Please let me know how each can be improved as I am trying to learn.

I like White Ibis 1, I think it would benefit from a tighter crop.
White Ibis 2 looks sharp but there are to much distracting background (and foreground), I loose the bird a little.
The ducks are cute, but the ducklings are really lost in the image. The lighting also seems a little harsh.

Isolating birds is very difficult! Also always try to keep the sun behind you, it helps with shadows and also illuminates the feathers helping with detail.

WOW, I did not notice the ducklings until they were mentioned! I guess they do get lost there...
