For the most part shooting a festival with a 35mm (23mm on a crop frame) isn't particularly effective, but I soldiered on with the little Fuji X100T). Plus I figured I'd go for what would give me the best shots in the late night shows, where I could be closer and more level with the stage. Got a few shots:

Thanks! He's really easy to photograph if you're up front. I just had to not screw up focus and hit the button at the right time.

yeah, after shooting a bunch of relatively tame performers, in 90 degree weather, in a distant large festival type environment, I took like 250 shots of Frank's after party show, almost all of which were better than anything I took during the day at the festival.
