Haven't posted in a while. Mostly just been busy with work. But unfortunately I haven't really had the time to do much 'for me' shooting. I picked up my Nikon the other day and almost couldn't remember how to use it (we use Canon at work), lol.

Anyway, Here are a few show with my Panasonic LX5 at Shaky Knees festival. Sorta sucks that you couldn't use detachable lens cameras of any sort, but I guess that's why I paid for a decent point and shoot anyway. I was pretty happy with a few, given the weather (torrential downpour for most of the whole weekend), shooting spot (basically had to camp in one spot from the audience, couldn't move without moving back from the stage) and equipment (the LX5 isn't so bad until you go over ISO 400, but then things get grainy, in a hurry).

Nice set!

On #5, I would've tried to get their feet into the frame. You're going wide as it is.

The one of the bass player singing is probably my favorite...

thanks! Yeah the feet were in the original shot, It was a choice between a security guy's head and their feet in the frame or no feet but no angry looking dude looking into the crowd with helicopter pilot headphones on. :/ pitfall of shooting from the crowd, I suppose.
